The ”Fish for Life” kids Fishing day was a great success with over a hundred fish being caught on the day. The largest being a Rainbow Trout 44 centimeters long.

The ”Fish for Life” kids Fishing day was a great success with over a hundred fish being caught on the day. The largest being a Rainbow Trout 44 centimeters long. There will be good fishing a Lakeside for the next few months as the Fisheries Department released a huge number. The Rotary BBQ had a good day cooking about 25 Kilos of sausages. The weather was cold and we had the best spot in front of the burners. All funds raised went to the Cancer Council. With the huge impact of cancer in our own community, we all hope that a cure will one day be possible. A big thank you to my helpers with who made the day possible.
