So last week was Club Service and it was Goran's first night as President.
Goran started the evening by doing a special presentation (see separate story) to Pakenham Dance Studio and then along with past president Greg proceeded to hand out the clubs new shirts and caps as designed by the team ably led by Lyn Bunce.
Goran then proceeded to tell us about his hopes and plans for the club during his time as president. There was some general discussion around the room and the membership agreed that the Treasurer need only give a financial report once a month and that the Secretary would give an update when ever there was appropriate information to disseminate to the members.
Marta got up and explained her concept of running a travel expo in the Gippsland area and made it clear that she would need help from our membership.
And of course we had our wonderful Joker's Wild and once again the Joker proved elusive with
our Feather Duster Greg not being able to pick the Joker.
The meeting was wound up with a group photo of everyone wearing their new caps and don't we all look good.
