Products and Services:
Currently we are only offering online payments for Rotary Membership (payable either 6 monthly or yearly) and Our Debutante Balls which include Deb Ball Registrations and Table Bookings (which is a pay on booking) and they are only run once a year. We also offer the ability to make payments via credit card for Project activities we do for fund raising such as our Golf Day.
Receipts for payments would be issued with 7 Days of receipt of the payment to the nominated e-mail address.
Return Policy:
Our Return policy is that there are no returns on Memberships and this is standard practice for all Rotary Clubs world wide and is made very clear to our members and prospective members.
For Debutante Ball payments a full refund for Deb Ball Registrations will be made upon notification of cancellation prior to the commencement of Deb Ball training for the Debutante but not after training has commenced unless special circumstances occur and then the amount of refund will be determined by the Rotary Club.
For Debutante Ball Table bookings cancellations with a full refund can be claimed up until 2 weeks prior to the event.
The policy is that the notification must be via e-mail of the desire to cancel and we would then refund the money to the Credit Card that paid the original account.
Delivery Policy:
The Delivery Policy is only applicable to Debutante Ball Tickets and these will be hand delivered only at Deb Ball Practice sessions.
Privacy Policy:
Our Privacy Policy is such that we will not use the information obtained for any purpose other than recording of who paid, how much, when and for what.  We will not release any of the information to any outside organisation.
